Dispute Your Data
The SBA has created a process to dispute incorrect PPP Loan information. This link will take you to an online form which will allow you to update or correct the information https://www.sba.gov/ppp-data-feedback .
Email the SBA
The SBA also suggests sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (copy & paste) if you are listed as having received an EIDL Loan or Advance that you never actually received.
Beware of Outside Solicitations
It has been brought to our attention that third party organizations have been emailing our clients to offer PPP Loan Forgiveness services. The email specifically mentions First Bank of Highland Park in their solicitation. We can assure you we do not share client information and we do not endorse any third party providers. We believe they obtained the information from the public disclosure of PPP Loans made by the SBA.
Protect Yourself from Scams
With the recent release of PPP data, we highly encourage you to be cautious and diligent about protecting yourself from being scammed. You can find several tips on protecting yourself on our ID Theft Protection page.
