Sherri Takiff Zirlin Community Art Wall
The Sherri Takiff Zirlin Community Art Wall was created in 2020 to showcase novice artwork from local schools and non-profit organizations, as well as giving visibility to the various resources and services offered throughout the community.
Sherri served as Director for First Bank Chicago Corp from 2002-2018. Her contributions were invaluable as she brought her humor, creativity, and knowledge to the many committees she served on throughout her tenure with the bank.
In addition to her steadfast commitment to the bank, Sherri was a devoted wife to Todd and their four children, Lily, Grant, Daisy, and Wyatt. She also shared her time and talents with several philanthropic organizations which included serving as a Board member for the Bernard Weinger JCC and she regularly volunteered at The Ark and Random Acts of Flowers.
Additionally, Sherri loved and appreciated the arts. Her home was an expansive gallery of eclectic artwork she created and collected during her travels and family vacations.
It is with great pride and respect that this Community Art Wall is dedicated to such an outstanding individual whose contributions to our bank and community will be felt for generations to come.
